If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you may use this website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

4. Surprise Scoops and Mystery Products

Lucky Scoops and other mystery products contain randomly selected items.

Images, videos, social-media content, promotional materials, and previous customer orders are examples only. They do not guarantee that you will receive the same products, colors, characters, designs, styles, sizes, quantities, or combinations.

The random selection is an essential feature of the product.

By purchasing a Lucky Scoop or another mystery product, you understand and accept that:

  • You cannot select every individual item

  • Specific items cannot be guaranteed

  • Products shown in previous videos may no longer be available

  • Colors and styles may vary

  • Similar or repeated items may occasionally appear

  • Larger or multiple orders may contain some similar items

  • Your personal preferences may not be fully satisfied

Not receiving a specific item, color, character, style, or design does not mean the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges for mystery products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Product Quantities and Bonus Gifts

The minimum quantity included in a Lucky Scoop or mystery product will be stated on the relevant product page.

A product is considered short in quantity only if the number of qualifying purchased items received is lower than the minimum quantity stated on the product page or order confirmation.

Free gifts, promotional gifts, samples, and bonus items:

  • May vary in type, color, style, or value

  • May depend on stock availability

  • Are not guaranteed to match promotional images

  • Are generally not eligible for separate refunds or replacements

  • Do not count toward the purchased quantity unless clearly stated otherwise

We may replace an unavailable bonus item with another item of reasonably similar promotional value.

7. Orders

An order is not finally accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information supplied by the customer.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Personalized orders, specially prepared orders, and paid packing-video services may become non-cancellable once preparation or production has started.

Any cancellation, refund, or change is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Value-added tax

  • Sales tax collected by local authorities

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local handling charges

  • Charges imposed by banks or payment providers

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash

  • Cannot be applied retroactively

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing time and transportation time are separate.

Unless checkout clearly states that such charges are included, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, bank, or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased products may lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country.

15. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that its delivery address can be changed.

If a package is delayed, rejected, returned, destroyed, or declared undeliverable because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • A missing apartment or unit number

  • An incorrect ZIP or postal code

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Failure to respond to the carrier

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

  • An inaccessible delivery location

the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges and other resulting costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable in these circumstances.

16. Risk of Loss

Risk of physical loss or damage transfers in accordance with applicable law and the delivery arrangements used for the order.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered, but you cannot find it, you must first check with household members, neighbors, reception staff, building management, parcel lockers, and the local carrier.

We may request supporting evidence, including carrier correspondence, a claim reference, written confirmation, or other appropriate documentation.

If the carrier officially confirms that a package was lost in transit, we will review the case under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

17. Packing-Video and Content-Creation Services

A standard product order does not include a packing video or guarantee that an order will appear on TikTok or another social-media platform.

If a packing-video or content-creation service is available, it must be purchased separately.

By purchasing such a service, you understand that:

  • The service may require additional processing time

  • A specific publication date is not guaranteed

  • The video may be posted after the order has shipped

  • Video length, editing style, music, format, and presentation may vary

  • We do not guarantee views, engagement, followers, reach, sales, or algorithmic performance

  • Platform moderation or technical issues may affect publication or availability

Unless otherwise agreed, we will avoid publicly displaying a customer’s full address, telephone number, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

Once personalized preparation, filming, editing, or production has begun, the service may not be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the purchased service.

18. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, and non-returnable products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Where applicable law gives you mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights continue to apply.

19. Product Use and Safety

You are responsible for using products safely, appropriately, and for their intended purpose.

Some products may contain:
