- brands or characters shown in promotional materials are not guaranteed.
Product photos, videos, advertisements, TikTok content, and social media posts are provided for illustrative purposes only.

The Surprise Experience
One of the core features of SurprisePick is the excitement of receiving a surprise.
When purchasing a Lucky Scoop or any surprise product, you understand and accept that:
- the exact contents are unknown before delivery;
- each order is individually prepared;
- product selections are random;
- no specific product can be guaranteed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a surprise experience, not any specific individual item shown in our marketing materials.
Customer Preferences
Customers may optionally provide preferences, including favorite colors, styles, or items they would prefer not to receive.
We genuinely try to consider these preferences whenever possible.
However, preferences are provided as guidance only and do not form part of the purchase agreement.

Packing Videos are optional personalized digital services.
Because each Packing Video is created specifically for an individual order, the service becomes non-refundable once recording has started or the video has been completed.
The availability of Packing Videos may vary depending on production capacity.
Shipping
All shipping-related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
In particular, you acknowledge that:
- Lucky Scoops and other surprise products are generally Final Sale.
- Product preferences are optional and cannot be guaranteed.
- Packing Videos are personalized digital services and become non-refundable once production has begun.
- Products with broken or removed tamper-evident security seals are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

User Content
We love seeing our customers share their SurprisePick experience.
If you voluntarily submit or share:
- reviews;
- photos;
- unboxing videos;
- comments;
- social media posts;
- or other content,
and grant us permission to use that content, you give SurprisePick a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, repost, publish, or feature it on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
You may request that future promotional use of your approved content be discontinued by contacting us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations;
